Trouble subscribing to a blog

    A reader of my blog has tried repeatedly to subscribe to it so that she can get my posts via email. She keeps being told that her “application may have expired.” Can anyone tell me how to instruct this reader to subscribe to my blog, other than clicking on “sign me up” and being told her application has expired? Thank you so much.
