Trouble Tranferring Custom Upgrade

  Earlier this week, I changed the name of my blog, but retained the original name following your recommendations to do so. Today, I have attempted to transfer my paid custom upgrade from the original blog name to the new blog name. When I access that feature in my account history and click on “transfer”, the only name available in the drop down box is the name of the original blog. How can I transfer the upgrade to the new blog name?

  The new name that I want to transfer to is “customformtexture”. Thanks!

  Hi there, when you do a blog name change, all your upgrades remain on the site. You can see your Custom Design upgrade for customformtexture.wordpress.com under Store > My Upgrades, here:

  https://colorformtexture.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
