Trouble Trying To Get Guided Transfer

  Hello- I am trying to switch over to a WordPress.org account + would like to purchase a guided transfer to do so. However, when I go to Tools> Export, I am not seeing this as an option. I am working off of a free template and I don’t have any custom fonts (that I am aware of). Is there anyway you are able to further assist and get me set up with purchasing a Guided Transfer?

  Hi there,

  You can purchase Guided Transfer by going to Store in your WP Admin Dashboard. I’m currently seeing Custom fonts applied on your site. To do switch to default fonts, click here and click the “X” next to each custom font. Be sure to click “Save” and then return to your Store page.
