Trouble updating

  I’m trying to add categories and tags to a new post, but it won’t ‘take’. The screen says ‘updating failed. unknown error occurred.’ Is this site-wide?

  Hi there,

  I see that there are two sites under your account. Which site is receiving this error? It’s not a site-wide issue.

  This sounds more like a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
