trouble uploading a post

  I type in a post, click on “publish post,” and the ‘wheel’ churns forever. Someting new, I’ve never had this happen. I leave the blog, try again the next day, with the same results. My new “post” is typed in, I click “publish”, the wheel starts to turn, and nothing further happens — the wheel is turning three hours later.
