trouble uploading images

I’m having trouble to upload images to my posts. It happens in two different blogs with two different themes. What is going on?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you give me a bit more detail about what happens? Are you seeing an error message? Have you tried a different browser?

I tried using Chrome and Mozilla. It didn’t work in neither. I tried to upload images to the posts in two ways: through the bottom “add media” and dragging the archives from the computer to the browser. The bottom does not even opens a new window or nothing. Actually, nothing happens in any of the two ways.

Can you try going to your site’s dashboard and using the Media–> Add New method and letting me know if you still have that issue?

There is no know issue with uploading images. Please tell us exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.

Do you have any blocking extensions or programs running on your browser or computer? Have you tried disabling those extensions?

Yes :/ I’ve tried it all. And I can’t find other blogs posting images inside their posts lately. Are you sure the problem isn’t with WordPress?

I assure you that many many images are posted each day. We are not seeing any other reports of an issue similar to yours I am afraid. This is why I keep trying to look for issues on your specific computer or browser.
