You have really spent some time! Thank you. You have helped.
You have given me some understanding of the major problem of downloading. Perhaps it’s easier with Mac than with Win? You might have deduced I do have difficulty getting around the site.
I found your downloaded Freeware Guide. I’m guessing your visits haven’t counted.

@pjcarson2015, right, my visits would not have counted because I was a logged in administrator — either logged in as you, or logged in as support.
I do still suspect some kind of connection issue, though, as what you’re describing sounds like that.

Thanks again for your strong support. I’ve now added new .pdfs over two days with no hiccups. I hope this continues!
(It’s possible you may be interested in the contents of Chapter 2 – everyone seems to have a “view” on climate change!)

Awesome, @pjcarson2015 . Typically when I’ve seen this kind of thing, it resolves itself when the internet issue is cleared up. I’m glad it’s working now.
