Trouble uploading .mp3

  I’m trying to upload my music onto my products page and most of them are working when I press the play button. But a couple of songs are showing text like ‘rad4hp.mp3’ after the file name and when I press play, there’s no audio. Can someone assist me with this issue?

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
