trouble uploading profile pic

  I cleared the cache of old profile pics, which is what I presume Gravatar means by clearing the cache, but I am still unable to upload a profile photo. I am confident that the computer system is fine. The address I was given did not lead to any information.

  Hey there Meborchard,

  I just tried to upload a new profile picture and it worked on my end. I didn’t see the new picture displayed on my WordPress profile until I reloaded the page with control + F5.

  Pressing control + F5 forces the cache to clear on that page and it worked for me.

  When you say you’re unable to upload a new image, does that mean the uploader is not working on your end, or, you can upload a new picture but it won’t display?
