Trouble uploading profile picture

  Hi,
  I am trying to upload a new profile picture on m website and having trouble in selecting the size of it. It’s not letting me upload the complete photo and I need you assistance with it.

  Hi there,

  How big is the photo you’re trying to upload?

  For best results we recommend using a photo around 500×500 pixels big, and the file size of the image shouldn’t be more than 1MB.

  If your image file is bigger than this, please resize the image to be smaller first before you try to add it.
