Trouble viewing images
-
A few times, I have had viewers tell me that when they click on an image (picture) on my site, they have had trouble viewing it. One comment was that only a thumbnail of the picture appears, another said that photos from a gallery appear overlapped when clicked and viewed as a slideshow. I don’t have these problems when I look at my own site. What could be the problem?

What the viewers are describing is connectivity issues or browser related issues ie. the visitors reporting this have issues at their end of things and not issues with your blog.
Here is a checklist you can share with them.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/
