Trouble viewing slideshows

  I have a regular customer who says she can’t view my latest 2 postings that used slideshows. They are appearing on my computer just fine. She says she recently upgraded to a new computer so I’m assuming that some setting in her browser is preventing this.
  Any suggestions on what she should check?
