Trouble with 2FA codes

    I had set up the 2FA on our account for extra security measures. I used the Microsoft Authenticator app to scan the code provided on our account. After setting this up, I saved the recovery codes that was provided. After this was set up, I have tried multiple time to login with the 2FA code that is provided in the app and I received an error message stating that it was the incorrect code. I tried this a few times thinking there was a delay in the code but no luck. I also tried logging in with multiple recovery codes without any luck. Can someone please assist me with this? I need to figure out a way around this since the 2FA is not working properly.
