trouble with adding G Suite
-
Hello folks,
I’m trying to add G Suite to my domain, so that I can create emails for myself and co-workers. According to the steps given (https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-g-suite-to-your-site/), I should be able to add it, but I receive a message saying my domain won’t support it and I don’t understand why.
The G Suite page says I need to add a TXT or CNAME record, but I can’t find the proper fields to fill in this information either.
I would appreciate some help.
Thanks

Hi there,
Are you trying to add it for the domain, expositor.media?
We can only create new G Suite accounts for domain registered with us. As that domain is registered somewhere else and only mapped here, you’ll need to buy a license directly from Google and connect it here yourself instead.
Add Email with an Existing G Suite Account
You cannot find the DNS settings for the domain because you are not the owner of the domain mapping upgrade. The upgrade was purchased by the username, theexpositormagazine, so you’ll only be able to edit the DNS records for the domain if you are logged in as that username. Non-owners of an upgrade cannot make changes to the upgrade, even if they are also admins on the site.
