trouble with "automatic comments" and comments with no approval requirement

  Hi, I noticed that every time I publish a new post, a new comment automatically creates itself, and this comment is in fact the text of the post. It is very weird…
  In addition, I was wondering why sometimes I am asked to confirm a comment, and sometimes I am not asked (which means that the comment “confirms itself alone” and gets automatically published, without my approval.
