Trouble with Bing.

  I’m trying to register my site with Bing. I did all the following steps.

  Log in to http://www.bing.com/webmaster with your Live! account.
  Click Add a Site.
  Enter your blog URL and click Submit.
  Copy the meta tag from the text area at the bottom. It looks something like
  <meta name=’msvalidate.01′ content=’12C1203B5086AECE94EB3A3D9830B2E’>
  Leave the verification page open and go to your blog dashboard.
  Open the Tools Page and paste the code in the appropriate field.
  Click on Save Changes.
  Go back to the verification page and click Return to the Site list.

  Yet, when I get to the last step there is no “Return to the Site” option. There is a “verify your site” option. I’ve clicked it several time and it keeps saying my site is NOT verified.

  Can anyone help?

  Hi. As I can see, you followed the instructions given here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/#bing-webmaster-center
  I checked the source code of your site and it looks like the validation code has one character less than the sample WordPress.COM gives. So double-check you copied and pasted the correct code, then go back to Bing and try to validate.

  Thanks for the response and advice.

  I went back to the Big webmaster center and it looks as if the site is registered. I tried to go through the steps again, but they were not available. It says stats will show up in three days. I guess I’ll have to wait three days.
