trouble with body text font size

  i can’t change the size of my body text. it is too small to read, but when i try to change it under custom design it won’t get any bigger- in fact, the button to make my body text bigger just makes my HEADER text bigger. something is wrong. please help, i can’t launch till i have words that people can read!
