Hey there,
Thank you for sharing the page in question. It looks like the title is centered in the page template. We can adjust the alignment of the title by updating the template to show page titles as centered.
Let’s start by opening the page template for this page. First, open the sidebar menu by selecting the Sidebar button in the upper-righthand corner next to the Update button. Then, just underneath, select Page and then select the template name next to Template. You will see a dialogue about the page’s template, and we can open the editor by selecting Edit template.
Once we have the template editor open, you can locate the Title block on the page or select the List view button in the upper left-hand corner of the page and find it in the list view. Once selected, you will see a floating menu above the Title block. This will provide options for editing the way your title is displayed. In this case, we want to choose the Align Text button. If you are unsure which button is which, you can hover your mouse over the button, and description text will appear describing the button. Once selected, choose Align text center.
I hope this helps, check out this help page for more information on using the template editor: https://wordpress.com/support/templates/edit-the-page-template/
