Trouble with colour/color palette/background
-
Hi
I have a blog on a free plan with the theme Twenty Sixteen. I have tried to change the colours several times but it doesn’t work. The background behind the text stays black. I can change the background colour or picture that is shown with a sliver one the outside of the black text box, but not the colour behind the text. I have pressed all of the buttons I can find and some times the colour changes to white (don’t now why) but when I save and check the blog, it is still black.
How can I make the background white (or a different colour) so that my text is visible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see Twenty Sixteen https://wordpress.com/theme/twentysixteen with a black background and white font for the text at https://siljepafarten.wordpress.com/
Maybe you need to clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Hi there, when you are in the Customizer>Colors & Backgrounds click the DEFAULT button and then Save & Activate button to return to a white background behind your Text.
If you want to only change the black background behind the white box, click Palettes Button and then again when that button changes to Manual. Select your color and then click Save & Activate.
Let us know if you need more help with this.
