trouble with domain ames

I’n having a hard time getting itsbooyeah.wordpress.com when I was the one who picked the name last year. Same with Nataliabuia.wordpress.com. It’s not letting me start blogs in those names anymore. I’d like to cancel it so I can start again.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no username account for nataliabuia so I assume you registered http://nataliabuia.wordpress.com/ under https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/nbuia or another username.
How many blogs have you registered under the username

it was originally itsbooyeah.wordpress.com
now its saying i cant register it?
this is all way too confusing for me. basically i want and NEED to set up itsbooyeah.wordpress.com again.

Hello there, You should be able to use Nataliabuia.wordpress.com. It is an active site. You can access your Dashboard at Nataliabuia.wordpress.com/wp-admin.
On the other hand, you deleted itsbooyeah.wordpress.com 8 months ago. I’m sorry, but deleted blogs cannot be restored or reused. Deleting a blog is permanent and the name cannot be used again.
There are several warnings about this on the Tools → Delete Site page and in the help pages, and you are required to confirm the deletion by email. More information is here:
