Trouble with Domain Management

  I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question…

  I’ve registered my name domain name (inwiththeoldstore.com) through WP.com, but now I’ve decided that I need to move my blog over to Blogger for various reasons.

  I found the help section (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/) which details how to log in and change the DNS settings, but when I try to log in with my customer number, it tells me that my password is incorrect. This is my first time logging in via that website, so it should be prompting me to set a PIN, as stated in the help guide, but it isn’t.

  Am I doing something wrong here? Can anyone help?

  PS, I still want to continue to have WP as the registrar for the domain.
