trouble with domain name expirey and switching stuff

Im having some trouble with a couple things. First thing is, my domain I purchased through my premium plan expired a few months ago. It has not been rerelased from what I can tell so I cant buy it from anywhere else. it says that another company, wildwest domains or something has my .com, but the registration and all that date are mine, and it says, ‘Pending delete’. I cant even re-register it with wordpress.com even though I want to use a different domain provider. I just want my domain back… how do I do this?
The other problem I have, is that when I first made this website I didnt realize that the wordpress.com is different than wordpress.org. I want to move all my content to wordpress.org instead. IS there any way to do this? Or do I have to reupload everything and rebuild it all.

Hi there,
Is this for brushwithdepth.com? Expired domains go through a process of about 90 days before they are released again, and they are only released if no one has the domain on back-order at another registrar. Once it reaches the Pending Delete status, there is nothing we can do to get it back.
Luckily it appears that your domain has already been released some time between you posting the thread and now, and no one else has bought it yet, so you should now be able to re-register it, either with us or with another provider.
