Trouble with Elementor

    Okay, so I am trying to edit a webpage for a client using Elementor. When I log into my own WordPress site, the plugin works just fine. However, when I log into his site and try to start Elementor, I get the following message:

    Content Encoding Error

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

    I have deactivated all his plugins except Elementor. Can anyone think of why it’s not working?
