Trouble with exporting to Computer

  When I try to export stuff from my Bog to my computer I receive this message and I do not know what to do.

  The XML page cannot be displayed
  Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

  Or is there another way to Print a record of the BLOG

  It sounds like you’re trying to display the export file on your browser.
  The xml file is formated/intended for importing into another WordPress blog. It’s not meant to be opened and read.

  OK but I am interested in being able to print out parts of the Blog each year.
  Is this possible? If so how?

  Do it right from the blog. If you enable Print under your Sharing options, you can print any post you want.
