Trouble with fonts
-
I’m having trouble with the fonts on some blocks. My splitting a long list block into separate blocks seems to have screwed up the fonts and spacing, e.g., one block is now Courier when it should be the global Lato. Viewing the page after saving shows that the block is in a gray box and the text is still in Courier.
How can I change this? There seems to be no way to customize any block in order to change the font.
My page is: https://nbstearmans.com/timeline-of-stearmans-in-new-brunswick-and-other-provinces-1952-to-1973/1957-2/
My theme is Colinear.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good Morning –
What text is specifically in need of change? Please share that information so we can have a closer look, as it is quite a long post. Thanks.

Thanks Liz,
The published page is https://nbstearmans.com/timeline-of-stearmans-in-new-brunswick-and-other-provinces-1952-to-1973/1957-2/Two-thirds of the way down there is a list of aircraft, starting at #1 and going to #378. These seem to be in large single-spaced blocks, and I don’t remember how I got them that way. I wanted single spacing. They broke up into smaller blocks when I wanted to add info, thus producing an extra blank line. These are: #16-19, 40-41, 53-54, 79-81, 89-90, 264-265, and 280-281.
Two blocks are in another font altogether, formed when I replaced an entire section: #15 Pillar shows up as a grey box, as does #92-100 Simsbury. Both are in the wrong font, and I cannot change it.
I’m still working on this …

OK. I see those. They are showing up as Quote blocks. Can you click on each of those and change the block type?
-
Yes, I see. I changed those 2 but they changed to para form, i.e., all entries grouped together, when I wanted them single spaced, i.e., all on separate lines, single-spaced.
Then there is the trouble with the spacing. It seems I may have to remove all the blocks, except for the images, and reformat. ?

Yes, you could create a new post and format it over again from the beginning. Working off the post that is live on the site. Don’t edit that one any further, just start a new post and see if it works out properly.

Or I could remove the numbered aircraft lines, paste them into Word, reformat, then paste it back in.

Copy-pasting from Word creates messy HTML, so please read our support page here to make sure what you post is formatted to your liking:

Thank you. I solved this problem by deleting blocks, pasting them into TextEdit, then repasting as plain text. Worked for me. I had to do some minor formatting: bold and italics.
