trouble with header in ‘elegant grunge theme’

  Hi,
  I hope there is someone who will be able to help me. I have just now installed the new ‘elegant grunge theme’ and I love it! – however the header image will not work for me and keeps being cropped without my entire title text. It is a jpeg in the correct pixel measurements I have used. 956×160 as requested. What is going wrong?
  I have tried all sorts of things and tried as well, different measurements than the requested pixels – but the image keeps being cropped the same place..
  Please help if you can! Thank you!
