Trouble with importing Tumblr blog

    So I am trying to import my blogs from Tumblr, but it got stuck seemingly so I clicked the clear account information to reset and try again, but now when I press import account, it pops up with a notice saying ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

    Hi,

    Thank you for resetting it, and it did allow me to press import again, but it has been 24 hours and still has shown no progress.

    I’ve double checked to confirm your new import is still queued, so it hasn’t started yet but it will once the importer catches up.

    I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.
