Hi there!
Could you try resending the invite and asking the invitee to make sure they do the following before clicking the link?
- Log out of the WordPress.com account, if any. Ask them to go to https://wordpress.com/me to confirm if they are logged in.
- Clear their browser cache. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
- Use a different browser if clearing the browser cache doesn’t work.
Once they’ve confirmed the above, they should try clicking the new link that will be sent to them after you click the “Resend Invite” button on My Site → Users → click on the pending invite.
Please let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

G and I sat down together at the weekend and we think we may have remembered his login email. However it’s stupid me talking to you and then passing it on so found this link and wondered if it would be a good way for him to talk with you directly: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

The biggest problem he has is an internet connection when he can work on the site as he can’t get a signal at the flat where he is so to follow through on last week’s response is a bit of a problem but he use his phone data to email directly. When he was able to log in last year, our original site was tiaglobal.online but since then had to change it due to discovering a company with the same name.

Based on the logs on your site, it appears that you’re trying to invite a user named “graham.livingwithdyslexia” who uses Outlook. Is that correct? If so, it seems they’ve blocked all emails from WordPress.com, which means they won’t receive these invites.
Since they don’t have a WordPress.com account, they’ll need to visit https://wordpress.com/email-subscriptions/ from either an incognito window or a browser that isn’t already logged into WordPress.com. Clicking that link while logged into a WordPress.com account will direct you to your own subscription list.
Once on the page, they should enter their Outlook email address. They’ll then receive a secure link via email to manage their subscription preferences. Clicking on that link will take them to the Subscription Management page. They’ll need to navigate to the Settings tab and deselect the “Pause emails” option before saving their changes.
Once they’ve completed these steps, you should be able to invite them to your site again.
I hope this clears things up! Let us know if you have any further questions.
