Trouble with jet pack subscriber

  I recently moved from WordPress.com to .org, and although I know I should be asking over there for help, it seems impossible to find a way to start a thread, so I was hoping someone here could help me…or send my question there or tell me how to.

  I’m using jet pack email for my subscribers and although I know people have been subscribing through email, the number of subscribers is not changing, how do I fix this so I can get a real view?

  Hi there,

  Can you give me some of the email addresses of subscribers who you know subscribed via email? I can use that to look up their details on this end to see what’s going on. (You can put the email addresses in your reply here and our support forum software will hide them from anyone except staff.)
