Trouble with menu order

  No matter how many times I try, my menus will not stay in the order according to my preferences. Each time I move them into my preferred order, save my changes, then preview and visit my page, the order is still incorrect.

  What is causing this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi there!

  It looks like your menu is displaying how you’ve customized. Are you still unable to save changes to your menu?
