  I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  It’s the dashboard. I can’t get into it fully now and I’ve been an administrator since 2014. I can get into the posts and pages and edit them and upload photos, but when I click on, say, Comments, it boots me out and says I haven’t set up a WordPress site yet.

  This is C. Leinbach. Peter Vankevich, who set up the site, can get into all of the functions, but for some reason I haven’t been able to for the last several days.

  Hi there – It would appear that the account you are signed into currently is not the correct account. We recommend one of the following two options:

  1. Try to think of another login you may have used to access the admin account.

  2. Reach out to an existing user on the site, such as Peter (as you say), to see if they can help you recall the correct user info so that you can get logged into the correct account.

  Let us know if these options still do not remedy this for you.
