  My home page will not work. I think my theme is outdated. Is there someone who can change my theme for me, some kind of support?

  What’s the issue you are facing with the home page? Please be more descriptive and also share your site’s address. Is this a WordPress.com site or a self-hosted site?

  My whole website works, but I cannot update the home page. It is giving me 500 server error. I use elementor, but when I try to just go to the front page without elementor, it gives be a server error. I use Ipower and they told me my theme was old and outdated and needed to be changed. They tried for 2 weeks to help me, but we could not fix the issue. I’m really scared to change the theme myself, I’m not too familiar with the technical aspect of the website.

  We won’t be able to help you here, since your site is hosted on iPage, not on WordPress.com.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

  You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

  
  @mmarjb, the path you’re referring to is WP-admin, most users on WordPress.com do not use that so it may be confusing to them. To change the theme they would go to My Site>Design>Themes.
