Trouble with plugins

  Hi everyone!

  I´m new at worpress and i have a blog: http://tresmaisum.wordpress.com/

  But i cant use plugins… I already see the instalation instructions but i dont know how i upload the files…
  I need a litle help please.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
