Trouble with scheduling posts

  Why are my scheduled posts publishing early? Why is my blog hours ahead of my real time?
  I can’t figure out the wacky time on my blog. I understand military time, that’s not the issue. But when I set the post for 9 am, the next time I come to that post it reads at 03:00 :( That hardly makes sense. And what’s worse, the “new” day begins around dinner time instead of 12am like it should.
  Am I missing something? How can I fix this?

  Move to London England (UTC 0000) of update your time zone

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Pick a city in your time zone – remember to save changes

  :( I looked but changing the time zone isn’t an option for me. I don’t know why. Any other ideas?
