Trouble with Shop Page Showing Product Categories

  Hello,

  For some reason, my shop page (https://ahealthybeginning.ca/products/shop) is not showing my product categories properly. Instead of showing the actual product categories, the page is showing a product from each category. For example, instead of showing the category ‘Summer Care Products’, it’s showing my Summer Mineral Facial Lotion, which is one of the products in this category.

  I have tried adding the WooCommerce Block ‘Products by Category’ instead of the Divi ‘Shop’ module, but I’m still having the same issue. Can anyone provide some advice on how to fix this?

  Hi there,

  If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:

  Thank you! I will try the WooCommerce support forum, as my site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software.
