Trouble with Structure theme

Structure theme giving problem, i love this theme so i dont want to switch to any other theme, please help in solving the problem.
As you can see when you visit my blog, the Homepage Top Right widget bar even though its empty it show – ‘This is the home page widget area. You can use this space to add an introductory message to your blog with a Text Widget or add any other widget here.’ on the page which doesn’t look good, also to its left a white box is present which is very annoying as whatever i do i’m unable to remove it and the text.Even if i put a widget there the text is replaced with the widget but the White box remains.I dont want to change the Theme. T_T
I’ll b very grateful if sum one can help me in resolving this problem and removing the white box and text, I’m new to WordPress also i’m open to any other suggestions regarding my page.

I did follow those directions. However, I’m still not getting any image in the Featured Image box. Also, my custom header image disappeared.

@bitegames: You’re welcome. As you found out, that unique feature of Structure is something you must take advantage of, not something you need to remove!
For the record, you can’t remove it without the paid CSS upgrade.
@cookingpromise: Then you didn’t follow the instructions (bitegames did and here’s the result: http://bitegames.wordpress.com ). For one thing, none of your posts has a featured image.
Your header image (a photo of some shelves, rotated 90 degrees ccc) is there. Maybe you’ve got a connection or browser issue.
