Trouble with the new Blogcritics site. Maybe because of previous account.

  I opened this private account prior to Blogcritics switching to WordPress. I don’t use this one anymore, but am having trouble with my WordPress account at Blogcritics (org). I am unable to make and reply to comments. I keep getting “Disqus is slow today, reload?” or words to that effect. Will it help if I unsubscribe from this private account, and just keep the BC account? I am at a loss.

  We cannot assist with any Disqus issues here.

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  WordPress.COM. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate sites with different username accounts and logins. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
