Trouble with Theme Display

  I am having trouble with my free theme, Hatch. In this theme each post has a feature picture. On the home page the feature pictures should display as three rows of four tiles. For some reason the tile or feature pictures are not displayed properly on our homepage. Now we get two rows of four tiles and the third row has only two tiles. Is this an inherent bug in the theme? How can I fix our homepage display?

  How many posts in total have you published?
  How many posts are set to display here > Settings > Reading:
  Blog pages show at most __ posts
