Trouble with Tumblr import

    It has been over 24hours since I tried to import my Tumblr blog http://renegadenole.tumblr.com

    I am aware that there is a backlog of tumblr imports right now, but your assistance is very appreciated.

    Hi @nolefan71,

    I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued and it’s going to start soon. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it. And please be patient and keep your connection from Tumblr. Do not try to cancel your import.

    We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

    My tumblr blog still hasn’t begun to import. It has been about 48 hours since I first tried to import my blog

    Hi there,

    Your import is still queued, but at this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.

    It has been importing since yesterday, however it seems to be stuck at 3105 / 22367 posts for the last 18 hours

    Hi there,

    It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.

    If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
