Trouble with uploading theme, plugins and change language with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error

  I’ve set a new website and I keep getting ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error whenever I tried to:
  1. Change my language (on settings->site language)
  2. Uploading themes
  3. Uploading plugins

  I have tried deactivated and deleted all plugins and themes but the error still appears. Currently, I can change my theme by manually transfer the file via FileZilla, but the error is still there when I want to change the language. I have read many posts about this error in particular, but still no luck.

Unless you have recently set up a WordPress.com site using the Business plan (where you can get help via live chat support) it sounds like you’re talking about an unnamed self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software.
