Trouble with website

    Hi there! I decided not to pay for the annual WordPress account and additional domain (courtneywagner.org) to save money. I thought that I would still be able to have a free WordPress page after downgrading my account back to magneticbacteria.wordpress.com (my original site name), like I did before I started paying for the other domain and account. How do I get my free webpage back up and running? When I navigate to mageticbacteria.wordpress.com it just says that ‘This domain is parked.’ Am I not allowed to have a free webpage after having a paid plan? Please help! Thanks!
