Trouble with widget placement

  I am using the theme ChaoticSoul, and when you view my blog with IE all the widgets which are in the sidebar, all show up at the bottom of the page. But when you view it in Firefox all of the widgets are at the top of the page. Is there a way that I can get the widgets to move up to the top of the page in IE?
