Trouble with widget removal

  Hi, I’m having some trouble removing a widget from my account. I’ve used both the mobile app and the mobile browser (Google Chrome, desktop version) to try to remove a widget but it’s no use. The right side arrow button does not open anything no matter how many times I press it. Please help out.

  What’s the widget you’d like to remove?
  Can you confirm you’re trying to delete it from My Site>Design>Customize>Widgets?
