Trouble with WP's update?

  I was really confused because of WP update when our technical worker told me that. I had lost sitemap, robots, and appeared 404 errors in most web page as well but hompage.
  So have any one here can give me an advices to avoid these things like this?

  That is NOT a WordPress.com hosted blog that you are referring to. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
