  • Hi there,

That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the recovery process started.

    Hi, thanks for your answer.
I´ve been a customer of yours for the last 5 years.
At the end of 2016 I had certain personal troubles, including my mother´s passing.
As I already paid for that domain -also for the template- and I´m interested in keep on using it, I find very unfair that you ask me to pay again.
I hope you can find a solution for this situation.
    Regards

  • Domains need to be renewed every year. If you don’t renew them, you lose ownership of them. This is not unfair. This is how domains work. You have renewed that domain every year since you bought it in 2011.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss, but that does not change that the domain is now in redemption because you did not renew it this time. Our registrar will not restore the domain to our account unless we pay them the $80 fee.

That´s what I´ve been trying to do, to renew the domain as soon as I could according to what I´ve explained earlier.
I do agree to pay $18 for renewing, not $80. You are treating me as a new customer wich I´am not. I´ve been using your services -and paying regularly for those- for the last 5 years.
I´m not happy at all with the way you´re treating me.

  • I’ve sent you an email to discuss the other available options. Please reply there if you have any further questions.
