troubles with the customization

    We paid a customization package from $ 99, however the personalization features are not available and we can’t change anything in the css. We would like to know how to restore the look that usually worked for two years and suddenly been disabled without warning.

    Hi there,

    You can manage your site’s Custom Design features (including custom CSS) by going to Appearance > Customize in your dashboard and selecting the CSS section there. You can read more about editing the CSS for your site here: Editing CSS

    Your custom CSS is still there and active on your site. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
