Troubleshoot Embedding Vine in WP hosted blog

  I was trying out adding vine videos to my blog but for some reason, the video doesn’t load as shown in the post that announced this feature. I have the url without the word embed at the end & also I have the link on a line by itself but it still doesn’t work. What am I missing here?

  You can’t embed vines, because it’s an iframe code. You need to convert the Vine into a GIF, which of course removes the sound, and then upload it.

  well according to this new post http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/07/16/embed-vine-video/ you can now but it isn’t working for me.
