Troubleshoot Reading Settings

  I use the Hemingway Rewritten theme. Home page set to “Your Latest Posts.” For awhile I set the home page to display “Full Text” of those latest posts. Decided a few days ago to change the reading setting from display “Full Text” to “Summary.” Left it that way for about 72 hrs. Decided I don’t like it because graphics don’t appear in the summary. Tried to change it back to “Full Text.” Change will not take hold no matter what I do. Other changes I’ve made save just fine. But I cannot get “Full Text” back. Any suggestions?

  Hi,

  The “Full Text” and “Summary” options at the WP Admin Reading Settings page affect how posts are displayed in RSS feeds, but not on the blog page and archives pages. The setting that determines whether the blog page displays full posts or excerpts is at Customize > Content Options > Blog Display.
