  I am having trouble replacing an image in a content layout series structure. What do I do? TIA

  Just replying to my post with some screenshots to give more context. I need to replace the ‘Adelaide Festival’ logo with an updated one, image here https://ibb.co/HxRP94j

  I went into the back end and at the bottom of the following screenshot with ‘Layout 1’, is the module that I need to edit. However once I click it to edit, I am not able to, it only lets me edit a bunch of text fields and not go into the layout itself. Image here: https://ibb.co/Y0CwydS

  I don’t see any sites under your account so I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
