  BandPage Widget not responding, are there know issues?

  Are you still experiencing issues? I haven’t heard of anything recently and the widget is working as expected for me.

  Hi Kraftbj,

  Yes actually. The widget is in my primary sidebar, and when I open it the “Bandpage Connect” button is there, but when I click it nothing happens…

  Hi,

  That sounds like a possible Javascript error as a “popup” should appear to let you log into Bandpage. A couple of options:

  • Can you try on a different browser? Chrome?
  • 1. Can you activate the Safari Develop menu, by going to Preferences->Advanced and checking the ‘Show Develop Menu” in Safari.
    2. Visit your Widgets page and open the console in Safari, by going to the new Develop menu, then click “Show Error Console”
    3. Try to connect again to Bandcamp, then copy/paste to me any errors listed.
